Return Eligibility

1. Defective Products: If a product has a defect due to our manufacturing process, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the product. Provide a clear photo of the defect, and we will reprint the order at no additional cost.
2. Return Requirements: At least 99% of the product must be returned for it to be eligible for reprinting. Urgent orders may incur additional charges and are non-refundable.

Reprint for Defective Products

If the product is found to have defects due to our fault, we offer reprints to meet our quality standards.

Store Credit Alternative

As an additional option, we provide store credit equivalent to the cost of the defective items.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

We do not guarantee exact color matches due to printing limitations. Final product colors may vary from screen proofs or designs. If color accuracy is a priority, we recommend ordering a hard proof prior to final production.

ThePackagingPro guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you for a long time, please send us quick email with your order number. If products are not same description for your purchased, they can certainly be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us.
